Description

Lieferung und Montage der Küchentechnik, für den Neubau eines Bürogebäudes mit 11.585,32 m2 BGF am Rand der Darmstädter Innenstadt mit 5 Vollgeschossen und einer Teilunterkellerung, ohne Tiefgarage. Neubau des Bürogebäudes der Entega in Darmstadt wird ein Bistro- Konzept im 4. OG geplant und umgesetzt. Dieses Bistro inkl. Kaffeebar dient als Ergänzung zum Betriebsrestaurant im Hauptgebäude. Im Neubau werden sich ca. 370 Mitarbeiter befinden, die zwischen verschiedenen Snacks, wie belegte Brötchen oder Paninis, einem kleinen Mittagsgericht sowie Getränke und Kaffeespezialitäten wählen können.
Die kapazitativen Voraussetzungen zur Planung des Bistros gehen von insgesamt durchschnittlich 120-200 Verpflegungsteilnehmer täglich aus. Das Betriebsrestaurant sowie das Bistro stehen den Mitarbeitern ganztägig zur Verfügung.
Für die beschriebende Maßnahme gemäß LV Systemtrennwände steht dem AG 221.000€ als Budget zur Verfügung.
