Description

The project management assignment to be entrusted includes the following elements of study assignments: DIAG / APS / APD / PRO / EXE / SYNT / ACT / DET / AOR and GPA for the entire program. The consultation is aimed at a project management team with skills and qualifications relating to the following disciplines: architecture, construction economist, structural studies, environmental quality studies. The limits related to the composition of groupings are specified in the application rules.The project concerns the complete renovation of the terrace roof of the workshop building (9000 square meters) with the removal of the existing asbestos complex and the implementation of a bilayer elastomer waterproofing and a thermal insulation complex consisting of class C polyurethane panels. Insulator with a thermal resistance R=7.50 square meters K/W minimum (according to the environmental charter Orchid of the Region). All translucent panels must be removed and the openings closed with consolidation of the support if necessary to accommodate the waterproofing/insulation complex. Only the smoke extraction outlets, including the actuation mechanisms and the roof outlets, will have to be replaced. Amount of works estimated at EUR 3 690 000 excluding VAT (value January 2025).
