Description

Die Stadt Gau-Algesheim beabsichtigt die Errichtung einer 5-gruppigen integrativen Kita mit bis zu 100 Plätzen für Kinder ab einem Jahr bis zum Schuleintritt, davon zwei integrative Gruppen mit je fünf Plätzen für Kinder mit Beeinträchtigungen. Die Versorgung aller Kinder mit einem warmen Mittagessen muss sichergestellt werden. Die Planungsergebnisse der Vorplanung (Leistungsphase 2) für die Objektplanung Gebäude und die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung liegen bereits vor und sind den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt.

Die Vergabestelle nimmt eine fachlosweise Vergabe der Planungsleistungen vor.
Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens (Los 03) sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51 HOAI.
