2.1 In implementing the activities of project No 10-062-P-0001 ‘Strengthening the assessment of achievements and progress in support of learning’, the contracting authority envisages purchasing 15 blocks of original content in a foreign language (English) of Part I of the VBE, of which 3 (three) blocks of Part One and 12 (twelve) blocks of Part Two satisfying the requirements set out in the technical specification, as well as the preparation of the instructions for their assessment (which are integral parts of the blocks of questions) and the review of the assignment of intellectual property rights to the contracting authority and the tasks of Part I of the foreign language (English) of the VBE.
