Description

The objectives of the Framework Agreements/subsequent contracts are the provision of services for: Elaboration of solution studies (SS) on how to connect non-household end-customers up to 2500 meters in length to the electricity networks of public interest, JT and MT – lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively: Elaboration of solution studies (SS) on how to connect non-household end-customer users up to 2500 meters in length to the electricity networks of public interest, with a voltage of 110 kV or more – lot 7, for the electrical installations belonging to Delgaz Grid SA located in the counties of Bacau, Neamt, Iasi, Vaslui, Suceava and Botosani, depending on the investment plan of the contracting entity and in accordance with the requirements of Tender Specifications No 93750 of 23 November 2020 and the documents attached thereto. Clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation will be submitted 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting entity's reply to these requests will be submitted on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 173 of Law 99/ 2016. The EC will only respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set.
