1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of the Software together with the license in the subscription model for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than from the date of commencement of the subscription period indicated in the table in Chapter II of Volume III of the OPZ SWZ and with the Manufacturer's Warranty. 2.
