Description

For each of the lots, the following activities will be carried out: Activity 1 - Current delivery of food products by own transport after written requests, according to the needs of the budget support units, which are final recipients of food products in the municipality of Sapareva Banya, namely "Home social patronage", "Hristo Botev" Secondary School and "Sveta Anna" Kindergarten. Activity 2 – Ongoing delivery in implementation of the activities under the Operational Programme for Food and/or Material Assistance and/or other national programme financing the public dining room and/or other service enabling the provision of prepared food. Requests for supplies for each of the activities will be stand-alone, separate, should be invoiced accordingly and paid separately. There is no difference or change in the way of execution or specifics in the subject of the supplies in practice, but in order to keep the documentation and accounting regularity the described definition of activities is necessary. It should be borne in mind that, with regard to supplies under Action 2, the contracting authority has a limited budget – within the users of the service and the approved funds – and, on the other hand, the time limit for implementation is determined by the funding programme. Therefore, the performance of supplies within the framework of Action No 2 is subject to the conditions of the funding programme relating to the duration of performance, which may also be terminated before the expiry of the period for performance of the public procurement contract if the financing is discontinued, in view of which it can be assumed that there is a conditionality in the performance of that activity analogous to the possibility provided for in Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
