The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more items. 3. As part of the items marked in the assortment and price form with the symbol (**) in Annex 3 to the SPC, the Ordering Party requires that the offered preparation be included in the catalogue of reimbursed medicines used in drug programs or in the catalogue of reimbursed medicines used in chemotherapy. 4. The ordering party specified the method of packaging in the assortment and price form. In items where there is no such description, the Contractor may offer any method of packaging in accordance with the quantity required by the Ordering Party specified in the item.
