The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of project documentation for the installation in the attic premises of the Dukelská 11 elementary school, České Budějovice, including ensuring the issuance of the relevant decisions for the implementation of the construction. The project documentation will be prepared in stages for the issuance of the project permit and for the implementation of the project in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. Part of the subject of performance is also the subsequent supervision of the designer during the construction. The contract will include cooperation with the contracting authority in the evaluation of the procurement procedure for the contractor. The contractor PD will provide assistance in the creation of tender documentation, assessment and evaluation of tenders.
