The minimum and maximum amounts over the annual duration of each of the lots under the framework agreement are as follows: Lot nº 1: - Minimum annual amount: WITHOUT - Maximum annual amount: EUR 250 000.00 Lot nº 2: - Minimum annual amount: WITHOUT - Maximum annual amount: 400 000,00 euro(s) The two lots of the Framework Agreement shall be concluded from 1 December 2026 or from their date of notification, whichever is later, for a period of one year. However, each of the aforementioned lots of the framework agreement may be terminated at the end of each period by the OPH Val d'Oise Habitat, which will inform the holder of its decision at least 3 months before the end of the current period, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Failure to renew one or both lots of the framework agreement under these conditions shall not give rise to any compensation for the holder of the lot who may not, moreover, refuse to renew it.
