Le présent marché concerne les travaux préparatoires et la construction d’un gros œuvre clos et couvert d’une nouvelle aile de revalidation : Bloc I
L’ensemble de la construction de l’extension est divisé en lots.
Le présent marché ne vise que le lot 1, à savoir les travaux préparatoires. Pour la bonne information des soumissionnaires, la division des différents lots est reprise ci-dessous. Les marchés relatifs aux autres lots seront publiés ultérieurement en fonction du planning général du projet.
Le projet de construction de l’extension est divisé en lots comme suit :
- LOT 1 - Travaux préparatoires.
Ces travaux font l’objet du présent marché
- LOT 2 - Gros œuvre clos et couvert - Architecture et Stabilité.
Ce lot fera l’objet d’un marché ultérieur. Il ne fait donc pas partie du présent marché.
- LOT 3 - Parachèvements intérieurs.
