1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of the hardware and software necessary for the development of the data processing infrastructure for HIS, RIS/PACS systems for the purposes of the Józef Strusi Multi-specialist Municipal Hospital in Poznań, including in particular the tasks of: I. Servers for DMZ II. Servers for hospital systems III. Matrix for hospital systems IV. FC SAN V Switches. Servers under Database VI. Server virtualization system VII. System software VIII. CAL IX access licenses. Access licenses RDS CAL X. System for Backup XI. Server for backup XII. Backup matrix XIII. Implementation 2. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes No. 1 (Offer and Price Forms) to the SWZ (for individual packages), which are an integral part of it. 3. The contract was divided into 3 lots (packages), i.e.: Package 1 – servers; Package 2 – matrices and switches; Package 3 – expansion of the virtualisation and backup data processing system.
