Description

The topographical services covered by this framework agreement include topographical surveys, restoration plans, as well as all topographical works and their restitution. In accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to 6 and R. 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code, this is a single-awarded framework agreement with order forms, without minimum amount and framed by a maximum amount of 450 000,00 euros excluding VAT, all renewals included. This amount corresponds to the maximum amount that may be committed under this framework agreement, and not to the estimate made by the EPA published in the contract notice (i.e. an estimate based on the EQD of the framework agreement of EUR 190 000 excluding tax). The maximum amount is voluntarily higher than the estimate of the need, in order to cover possible unforeseen risks and expenses, which are not foreseen at this stage and to enable possible increases in the need to be met.
