Predmetom zákazky je odvoz a nakladanie s odpadmi v meste Rožňava v zmysle zákona č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov, ktorá spočíva v preprave a následnom likvidovaní komunálneho odpadu (ďalej iba KO) v súlade s uvedeným zákonom a ostatnými všeobecne záväznými predpismi.
