Operation of school transport services in Haute-Corse - recovery lot 48
This consultation follows a procedure with reference 2025-3DTM-0002 (initial procedure 73 lots). This consultation concerns only lot 48. Consequently, in view of the obligation to ensure the continuity of the public school transport service, in accordance with Article R2161-15 of the Public Procurement Code, the normal time limits for the receipt of tenders are rendered impracticable. Thus, the contracting authority reduces the deadlines for the submission of tenders to 10 days. The procedure for the award of this framework agreement, which will be entrusted to school transport undertakings, consists of 161 lines spread over 73 lots. The service consists in implementing the school transport routes concerned according to the routes and timetables defined in the specifications. The estimated number of working days for the 2025-2026 school year could be as follows: - For colleges and high schools: 175 days/year - For primary schools: 140 days/year - 1 round trip (morning/1 return evening) per day according to school calendar The services are alloties, each lot being a framework agreement with order forms with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantities specified below: - Lots 26, 30, 35, 40, 47, 56, 57 Minimum 540 days - Maximum 680 days - Other lots Minimum 660 days - Maximum 820 days
