Description

Der BR hat Bedarf an Leiharbeitnehmerinnen und Leiharbeitnehmern unterschiedlicher IT-Aufgabenbereiche. Ziel des BR ist es, für diese Leistungen (Dienstleistungen durch Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) eine Rahmenvereinbarungen mit mehreren Bietern abzuschließen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 24 Monaten (Grundlaufzeit), beginnend am 01.08.2025 und endend am 31.07.2027. Der Bayerische Rundfunk hat die Option, die Rahmenvereinbarung zweimal um jeweils 12 Monate zu verlängern. Eine Verlängerung der Gesamtlaufzeit auf mehr als 48 Monate ist ausgeschlossen. Während der Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung werden Miniwettbewerbe unter den Partnern der Rahmenvereinbarung durchgeführt um die Leistungen abzurufen. Das Höchstabnahmevolumen der maximal 48-monatigen Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 17,5 Mio Euro inkl. Mwst.
