Description

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of systems for presentation, visualisation, videoconferencing, recording of multimedia signals, streaming and management for the workshop team and seminar rooms at the site of the Inter-University NanoBioMedical Centre, together with the launch. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 3a and 3b to the ToR. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of complementary contracts referred to in Article 67(1). 1 pt. 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority allows equivalent tenders to be submitted – the Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, qualitative and functional characteristics which meet the minimum parameters specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 3 to the ToR. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract contains trademarks, the Contractor may offer an equivalent range not less than that indicated by the Contracting Authority.
