Description

The subject of the contract is: Purchase of pharmaceutical products. The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the FTZ (Assortment and Price Form). The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 40 lots / packages / tasks. The division into parts is set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. Detailed conditions for the delivery, including access to the Ordering Party's buildings, are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. Required delivery date for partial deliveries: 3 working days from placing the order. Minimum expiry date of the assortment: 12 months from the date of delivery. The contracting authority will be obliged to use a minimum of 75% of the gross value of the contract awarded. The use will depend on the number of patients applying to the Ordering Party and on agreements (contracts) with the National Health Fund. Individual parts of the contract will be carried out independently of each other.
