Description

Granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan totalling PLN 44 589 896,00, consisting of:
1) the bridge part of PLN 34 631 213,95;
(2) the investment part of PLN 9 958 682,05; to finance the investment project for the construction of the Biotechnology education and research complex of the University of Wrocław, located in Wrocław at ul. F. J. Curie on plot 49/1, AM-35, Plac Grunwaldzki.
The investment ‘Construction of an education and research complex of Biotechnology University of Wrocław’, for which the Contracting Authority conducts a procedure for granting a loan for financing is carried out on the basis of:
1) the co-financing agreement for project No UDA – OPIOP.13.01.-20/09-3 concluded on 1.7.2009 under Measure 13.1. “Higher Education Infrastructure” Priority XIII of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (OPIE) 2007-2013;
(2) Decision No 676/2009 of 16.4.2009 issued by the President of Wrocław approving the construction project and granting construction permit to the University of Wrocław, pl. University 1, Wrocław.
3) works contract for the following tasks: Construction of an educational and research complex of Biotechnology University of Wrocław University No 5/ZRI/2010/RB/IBIO concluded with the contractor Warbud S.A. established in Warsaw al. Jerusalem 162 A 02-342Warsaw
1. The total value of the investment is PLN 56 891 565,04
The amount of financial aid granted from European Union funds is PLN 39 530 000,00.
Own-funding amounts to PLN 17 361 565,04.
