Description

Urakoitsijaksi valittiin kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen antanut tarjoaja. Kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisin tarjous on rakennuttajan asettamien tarjoajan soveltuvuutta koskevien vaatimusten täyttävistä tarjouksista hinnaltaan halvin. Rakennushanke käsittää Nallenrinne vaiheen 1 katujen, vesihuollon ja kunnallistekniikan rakentamista. Urakan työt sisältävät mm. louhintaa ja alueen esirakentamiseen liittyviä töitä alueen erityispiirteet ja ympäristöarvot huomioiden. Rakennuttaja on Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimialan Yleiset alueet -palvelu, joka toimii myös YSE 98 mukaisena tilaajana. Työ tehdään kokonaishintaurakkana. Työmaa toteutetaan kokonaisuudessaan vähäpäästöisenä työmaana.
