Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of natural gas together with distribution and transmission services associated with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the delivery points of the Nitra Self-Governing Region, as well as delivery points in the scope of establishment in the period from 01.01.2025 00:00:00. to 31.12.2026 24:00:00., including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, of a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the operating rules of the distribution system operator to the delivery points of the contracting authority. The supply of gas together with distribution and transmission services must be ensured in accordance with Act No 251/2012 on energy and amending certain acts, as amended, and Act No 250/2012 on regulation in network industries, as amended. For a detailed description of the contract, see Section B.2 Description of the subject-matter of the contract in the tender specifications and on the basis of the description in Annexes 7.1 and 7.2 to the tender specifications (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the subject-matter of the contract’).
