Structural design including BIM services for the general renovation of Prinzregentenstraße 7 in the performance phases (LPH) 1-6 and 8 of the HOAI, retrieval according to performance levels. Place of execution: Prinzregentenstraße 7, 80538 Munich General renovation of a single monument with monument-appropriate repair of the building structure, conversion of the historic building for contemporary use as an administrative building (technology, accessibility, energy, operational safety, usage requirements) with complete renovation of the building and building technology including a new elevator core.
