The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 530, as amended. – ‘Law on forests’) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, and maintenance of forest roads and water drainage, to be carried out in the Rybnik Forest District in 2025. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, and maintenance of forest roads and water drainage resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – the planned size of the work; Annex 2.2. - the detailed size of the work by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex 2.3.1. – logging characteristics of forestry; Annex 2.3.2. – forest harvesting sorting system; Annex 2.3.3. – summary of logging distances and conditions; Annex 2.3.4. – a list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and hauling; Annex 2.3.5. – a summary of items not made available for machine extraction; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal harvesting technology (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - optimal variant of logging Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for planter renewals. 3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimated. 4) Quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. ‘Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology’ adopted by Decision No 45_ of the Director-General of the State Forests of 23 May 2024 ‘Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology’ in organisational units of the State Forests; Annex 3.2. Parameter tables (separately for each of the Packages); The detailed description of the technology standard for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) set out in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ is the basis for defining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), the provisions of Annex 3.1 to the SWZ do not apply in this respect.
