Description

De opdracht betreft de levering van microchirurgisch materiaal – waaronder microvascular couplers, microclips en clamps – voor een periode van vier jaar. De Synovis microvascular coupler, exclusief gedistribueerd door QuaMedical B.V. in de BeNeLux, is op dit moment het enige CE-gemarkeerde coupling device dat een gepatenteerde mechanische methode biedt voor het veilig, snel en zonder hechtingen verbinden van kleine bloedvaten. Er bestaan geen gelijkwaardige of compatibele alternatieven op de markt. In combinatie met compatibele clips en clamps biedt QuaMedical een geïntegreerd systeem dat essentieel is voor patiëntveiligheid, continuïteit van zorg en verkorting van operatieduur. Op grond van artikel 2.32, lid 1, sub b van de Aanbestedingswet is sprake van een situatie waarin objectief geen mededinging mogelijk is.
