Die Westdeutsche Lotterie GmbH & Co. OHG (im Folgenden WestLotto) ist Veranstalter von Lotterien auf Basis der erteilten ministeriellen Erlaubnisse im Bundesland Nordrhein-Westfalen. WestLotto beabsichtigt für sich und die mit ihr bei der Durchführung von Lotterien zusammenwirkenden Gesellschaften der WestLotto-Gruppe, konkret für die Westdeutsche Lotterie GmbH & Co. OHG, die Nordwestlotto in Nordrhein-Westfalen GmbH, die WestEvent GmbH & Co. KG, die Westdeutsche Lotto-VertriebsGmbH sowie die Unterstützungseinrichtungs GmbH der Westdeutsche Lotterie GmbH & Co. OHG (nachfolgend in dieser Gesamtheit als die Auftraggeber auftretend) Leistungen zur Prüfung der jeweiligen Jahresabschlüsse, Prüfungen von Abrechnungen und Zahlungsflüssen verschiedener Spielangebote sowie die Leistungen zur Prüfung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) der WestLotto sowie weiterer Prüfungen zu beschaffen.
