Le marché est conclu en application des articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5, R.2172-1 à R.2172-6 du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019.
le marché fait l'objet d'une tranche unique.
les missions confiées au Moe sont les missions de base pour un ouvrage de bâtiment (Réhabilitation), auxquelles s'ajoute la mission d'ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (Opc)
il est demandé au candidat de chiffrer une partie relative à l'analyse des diagnostics fournis. Cette analyse a pour objectif de maitriser les différents éléments techniques de l'opération. Plus de détails sont fournis dans le Ccp.
le marché est passé sur prix forfaitaire révisable.
la durée globale envisagée pour la mission : 126 jours calendaires d'études +18 mois de travaux+ 1 an de parfait achèvement
durée prévisionnelle des travaux : 18 mois. Date prévisionnelle du démarrage des travaux: 1er semestre 2024.
financement par prêt Dégrèvement Tfpb, Cee (certificats économies énergie),prêt Cdc Pam et fonds propres
