Description

The City of Bayreuth intends to build the new vocational school 1 on the site of the existing vocational school at Kerschensteiner Straße 6, City of Bayreuth. The construction site is located on the edge of the city center in the east of Bayreuth, between a heterogeneous development and the school center East. The measure is divided into three main construction steps, BA-0 and BA-1 have been combined and are part of this list of services. Subsequently, BA-2 and BA-3 will follow as independent bills of quantities at a later date. In different trades, this may be different (see corresponding BE plans). Accessibility and delivery in the BA-1 is via the access & exit in the south Kerschensteiner Straße. The dedusters are installed in the UG. There is a feed-in shaft with feed-in openings into the basement
