Description

Eligibility System for Contractors – Construction work. (1) Category: Construction works - Power lines NN/WN - 400 kV, 220 kV, 110 kV. 2) Category: Construction works - NN/WN power stations - 400/110 kV, 220/110 kV, 400/220/110 kV and rail bridges. Eligibility System for Contractors (hereinafter: The system) is operated under the name ‘Construction works’. The system is run via the Purchaser's Platform at the following address: https://przetargi.pse.pl. The Contracting Authority shall establish the System for a period of 120 months from the date of transmission of the Notice establishing the System to the OJEU in the first category and the second category. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the period of validity of the System, i.e. to terminate the operation of the System before the expiry of the period for which it was established. In the situation referred to in the preceding sentence, the Ordering Party shall publish an Announcement on the change of the System. Requests to participate in the Scheme shall be submitted at any time throughout the duration of the Scheme. Procurement procedures not completed at the time of expiry of the System shall continue to be conducted in accordance with the terms of the System if they were initiated during the period of validity of the System. Publication of a notice on the system of qualification of economic operators, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act - in the case of the system of qualification of contractors established for a period longer than 3 years, the notice on the system of qualification of contractors is published in the Official Journal of the European Union every year. The Contracting Authority informs that the System was established for a period of 120 months from the date of transmission of the Announcement on the establishment of the System to the OJEU in the first category and the second category, i.e. from 27.06.2025 (OJ S: 124/2025, 428636-2025).
