Description

The contracting authority intends to carry out the planning, financing, construction and management of a car park as part of a works concession on the basis of a building right agreement. On a building plot which is still being used as a free public car park by staff and visitors to the nearby St Marien clinic and a neighbouring service centre, the contracting authority plans to build a new functional car park. In the 1st First of all, the maximum 5 floor car park (possibly 1 basement) will be built with 1200 parking spaces and two first entrances and 2 exits. In the 2nd The construction phase may be extended by demolition of the adjacent Mariendeck car park, followed by the creation of 400 parking spaces by way of a works concession.
