Description

The existing North school centre in Bochum-Gerthe comprises the Heinrich von Kleist School and the Anne-Frank Realschule. Currently, the School and Technology Innovation Centre (IST), which is to remain in the school centre, and Gerthe district books, which is to receive a new location in Gerthe, is still located in the building complex.
The Council of the City of Bochum has decided to use EUR 14000000 gross from the ‘Good School’ programme to finance the reconstruction and renovation of the Northern school centre. By 2025, the new school centre is to be implemented in further stages of construction. Until then, a total of EUR 50000000 is to be made available gross for the entire construction work. The associated costs for cost groups 300 and 400 of the first BA is EUR 9000000 gross, or a further EUR 30000000 gross until 2025.
This ceiling is not to be exceeded.
