Production, supply, assembly and testing of two temporary HS cable systems in the Leibstadt 380 kV substation» mainly includes the following services: - Engineering of the complete cable system, including optimal mechanical protection - manufacture & delivery of cables, fittings and accessories, - cable measurement on site - manufacture, factory inspection and transport of cables - dimensioning, delivery and installation of mechanical protection. - Installation and installation of the cable systems with all fastenings and accessories - Dimensioning, delivery and installation and the end cap scaffolding - Information for dimensioning the foundations (third party) - Dimensioning, delivery and installation of the end caps - Delivery and installation of the grounding material - On-site inspections - Preparation of system documentation according to specifications (ZSTD-25-310) by Swissgrid - Disassembly of complete cable system, disposal of accessories, winding up cables individually on bobbins. - Transport and unloading of cables in Swissgrid's central warehouse (place to be defined) - Option: Optimum, short-circuit-proof installation with optimised mechanical cable protection ensures the highest possible continuous current carrying capacity. For this purpose, the supplier must propose a suitable installation concept and prove the highest possible current carrying capacity.
