Description

The subject-matter of the contract is social services for ‘Provision of mass catering services for patients of SPZOZ in Łuków’. The Contractor is obliged to perform the services in question with due diligence, in accordance with the provisions of this FTZ and the requirements resulting from the applicable law regarding the provision of services subject to the same proceedings are binding on the Contractors, and their failure to include them in this FTZ does not release the Contractors from the obligation to comply with them. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the FTZ. The Contractor will be obliged to carry out the order in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2132 as amended) and implementing regulations issued on the basis of this Act. The Contractor is obliged to secure his offer of a security in the amount of: PLN 37 000 – PLN thirty-seven thousand The security shall be lodged before the closing date for the submission of tenders. A security may be lodged in one or more of the following forms: 1) money; 2) bank guarantees; 3) insurance guarantees; 4) guarantees provided by entities referred to in Art. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
