Description

The Post-Exit Management (PAM) aims to process the largest possible share of the outgoing mail from statutory health insurance funds electronically and automatically. The printing data streams from the brief-creating applications are collected. The main content of the project is the implementation of a solution for central processing of the mail outlet (pressure data flows) and the transfer to an electronic file system (E-file) and printing system. The introduction of a mail output management will give client advisors more time for their core tasks and facilitate the creation, printing and sending of letters. In particular, the strong decentralised structures of service centres show the benefits of a holistic approach for the company. In addition, the respect of corporate identity is guaranteed.
