PACHETE REACTIVI PENTRU analizor hematologic SYSMEX xn 1000 pure ret si analizor hematologic SYSMEX xn 550 RET BF CONFORM CAIETELOR DE SARCINI Autoritatea contractanta raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18 zile Contractul va avea valabilitate până la data de 31.12.2024, cu posibilitate de prelungire prin act aditional, pana la nivelul maxim prevazut in necesar, pana la data de 30.04.2025, conform prevederilor art. 165 din HG395/2016. Valoarea minima prevazuta reprezinta valoarea estimata a prezentei proceduri, in functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele, iar valoarea maxima prevazuta reprezinta valoarea posibilelor suplimentari pana la nivelul maxim si pentru care se pot incheia acte aditionale, in functie de necesitatile si fondurile disponibile, pana la data de 30.04.2025, conform art 165 din HG 395/2016
