Description

The purpose of the contract is to appoint a supervisor for the construction of the fire and rescue centre in the commune of Normanville (27930), which follows an architectural and engineering competition organised by the contracting authority. • Nature of the work: new construction • Surfaces: 1.602 m2 Main functional objectives of the operation: In order to harmonise its real estate operations and rationalise its built heritage, and to improve the operational coverage of the Ebroic agglomeration, the SDIS de l’Eure wishes to build a new emergency centre in the city of Normanville (27930), which would house around 30 professional firefighters, 50 volunteer firefighters and 24 young firefighters (JSP), and would be equipped with a dozen emergency and firefighting equipment. The work must include an administrative area (offices, training rooms, reprography, etc.), an operational area (discounts, changing rooms, equipment storage rooms, etc.), a living area (home, catering, accommodation, etc.), and an area for the development and washing of intervention vehicles. €4 150 000 excl. tax • Target date of delivery of the work: 1st quarter 2028 SELECTION CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPANTS: 1) Professional skills of the candidate or the candidate team 2) Quality of the references submitted (similar references of equivalent destination, equivalent works cost, equivalent surface area, certified environmental or energy approach, etc.) PROJECT EVALUATION CRITERIA 1) Functionality of the project 2) Compatibility of the project with the financial objectives of the developer (works cost and operating cost) 3) Architectural quality of the project 4) Environmental and energy approach of the project.
