Finland-Tampere: Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products

Order Logisikan Oy to tender, in accordance with the tender specifications, the corner and pharmaceutical waste bins for the welfare areas of the Inner-Suomi Collaborative Area; Welfare regions of Southern Ostrobothnia, Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa.
The procurement contract is carried out by Tuomi Logisikan Oy and the Welfare Region of Etelä-Pohjanmaa for their owners; and
their in-house entities, i.e. their general government customers that operate inner
In the geographical area of Finland’s co-operation area.
The procurement is divided into 14 strands.
For each component, one (1) supplier is selected, with the exception of sub-topic 14. Sub-topic 14 is an option for an innovative eco-responsibility product portfolio, the implementation of which is the subject of a separate decision by the subscriber. If sub-division 14 is introduced by the subscriber, the volume of orders in the sub-area should not have the effect of reducing the number of orders for sub-divisions 1 to 13 for equivalent sizes and characteristics of corner waste bins. The consumption volumes of products purchased are based on a previous one-year consumption data or an estimate of future consumption. Actual consumption may differ from past consumption or estimates. An estimate of the purchase volume for the contract period is not binding on the subscriber.
The contract period is two (2) years. It is possible to extend the contract for an option period of two (2) years. It is currently estimated that the agreements will enter into force in November 2023.
The contract for receptacles for sub-areas 1 to 13 will be implemented by the Southern Ostrobothnia Welfare Region with effect from 1 January 2025.
The teaching period refers to the possibility of extending the contract on the original terms. The exercise of the option period is decided by the subscriber and notified to the contract supplier before the end of the contract period.
The decision to extend the agreement shall be taken on a product/sub-regional basis, taking into account the agreement:
changes in the subscriber’s management practices and/or financial resources during the period.
