Description

Tarjouspyynnön kohteena ovat Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n omistamien vuokra-asuintalokiinteistöjen yhteisten tilojen (porrashuoneet, yleiset tilat, sauna- ja pesulaosastot yms.) ylläpitosiivouspalvelu. Kyseiset kohteet sijaitsevat Malmin, Pihlajiston, Suutarilan ja Jakomäen alueella.
Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka lisäksi Heka varaa option jatkaa sopimusta enintään kahdella vuodella, vuodeksi kerrallaan.
Sopimus palvelun tuottamisesta laaditaan kolmen (3) toimijan kanssa.
