Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medicinal products for the purposes of SP ZOZ of the Provincial Specialist Hospital No 4 in Bytom, al. Legiones 10.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1A to the ToR. The scope of the contract is 57 packages, including: antibiotics and chemotherapy, infusion fluids and dietary preparations, contrast agents, erythropoetin and Propofol.
The contracting authority authorises equivalent tenders, i.e. medicines with the same chemical composition, dose, route of administration, pharmacokinetic parameters and therapeutic indications as for the reference preparation.
(a) if a ampoules are indicated as packaging, a vial may be offered. Capsules, ladders and tablets, unless specific technological requirements are specified, are recognised as equivalent forms.
(b) tenders may be submitted for preparations in other prepackages, in which case the quantity of preparation must be converted into the total value given by the Contracting Authority (rounding up is allowed).
(C) In doubtful situations relating to the impossibility of verifying compliance of the medicinal products offered with the requirements laid down in the ToR, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to request a safety data sheet for the product offered. In this case, the Contractor will be informed in writing of the need to submit the above-mentioned cards within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority.
