Description

This framework agreement concerns ten-year maintenance, corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance, SOFT manufacturer settings and settings, semi-annual and annual regulatory safety checks, as well as technical maintenance training and the supply of non-chassis spare parts for the METZ/ROSENBAUER Aerials overhead ladders of the SDIS 45. The SDIS45 aerial lift fleet (EPC) consists of: 9 EPC (automatic swivel scale) 30M METZ/ROSENBAUER 1 EPC (automatic swivel scale) 27M METZ/ROSENBAUER This fleet is likely to fluctuate over time, depending on new acquisitions and vehicle reforms. The following are excluded from this contract: - Vehicle rehabilitation operations excluding 10-year maintenance - Maintenance operations, mechanical repairs, work, bodywork and painting carried out under manufacturer's and equipment's warranties - Maintenance operations, mechanical repairs and mechanical work on chassis, subject to other provisions, excluding chassis/vehicle interfacing system Place(s) of performance: premises of the holder and/or at the SDIS workshop or at a site designated as a Metz/Rosenbauer scale holder Transfer of vehicles: The vehicle concerned shall remain the responsibility of the holder for transport to his workshops, unless otherwise advised by SDIS45. The return will be made by the SDIS45 staff once the services have been received. This framework agreement defines the terms governing subsequent contracts (estimates) awarded on the basis of this framework agreement for the following service: - Corrective and progressive maintenance This framework agreement also lays down all the conditions for performance of the following services performed on the basis of the BPU as and when order forms are issued by the contracting authority: - Ten-year preventive maintenance - Regulatory safety checks - Technical maintenance training - Supply of spare parts
