Supply of medical equipment and apparatus for the General Surgery Unit of the Franciszek Raszea Municipal Hospital in Poznań
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus for the General Surgery Unit of the Franciszek Raszea Municipal Hospital in Poznań. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information about the assortment, quantities and its technical and usage parameters is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of it. 3. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 4. The contract was divided into 3 lots/packages, i.e.: Package No. 1 Visual-laparoscopic track with tooling; Package No. 2 Electrosurgical apparatus with instrumentation; Package No. 3 Thermoablation kit with generator, peristaltic pump and disposable probes. 5. Each lot/package is a separate subject of the contract. 6. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots/packages. The minimum offer range is one full part/package, incomplete offers will be rejected. 7. ATTENTION! Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the present procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice - in an open tender procedure.
