El objeto de esta licitación es la contratación por parte de la Agencia por la competitividad de la Empresa (ACCIÓ) de la suscripción, configuración y puesta en marcha de una herramienta de gestión comercial o CRM, que se integrará con los sistemas de información necesarios.
Mediante el presente contrato se pretende dar satisfacción a las siguientes necesidades: El licenciamiento de una solución de gestión comercial, la puesta en funcionamiento, configuración e integración de la solución en el proceso de negocio de ACCIÓ y la explotación de sus datos.
