Description

marché global de performance portant sur la conception et la réalisation d'un ensemble immobilier ainsi que sur l'exploitation et la maintenance d'installations techniques. Cette opération permettra le regroupement sur le site actuel du Rectorat de Versailles, de plusieurs services de l?académie, du CROUS de l?académie de Versailles, et de la Cour administrative d?appel de Versailles (Caav). Le site, propriété de l'etat, occupe une parcelle de 14 337 mètres carrés. Il est actuellement occupé par 7 bâtiments et 3 parkings à ciel ouvert. Les travaux projetés s'effectueront en site occupé et comprendront la construction de bâtiments neufs et la rénovation de bâtiments ayant une valeur patrimoniale remarquable. La surface utile totale du projet est de l'ordre de 20 000 mètres carrés. Les bâtiments à rénover représentent une surface totale réutilisable d?environ 8 250 mètres carrés SDP
