The subject-matter of this contract is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in the ‘design and build’ formula in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted under the open tender procedure entitled ‘Adaptation of premises for the needs of the Laboratory at the J. Korczak Paediatric Centre in Łódź at al.
