Description

The Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism (StMELF) is looking for a service provider to support the implementation of a planned image and professional advertising campaign. In order to strengthen comprehensive education for educated consumers and highly qualified farmers, point 9 of the Future Agreement on Agriculture in Bavaria sets out the promotion of measures for the information and application campaign ‘Green Professions – Professions of the Future’ for sufficient skilled workers in the green sector of the future and in housekeeping. The aim of the image and professional advertising campaign advertised and planned in the procurement procedure is to increase the public perception of the 14 green professions and housekeeping in general as well as of 3 to 4 priority occupation groups in particular, to present the training attractively and modern and to show the numerous opportunities for employment, further training and careers. The executing agency is expected to provide comprehensive consulting services for the planning and conception of the campaign offensive as well as the implementation and execution of the measures (possibly with partners). Information on the exact scope of services can be found in the service description. The tendered services include: - Development of an innovative, target group-specific implementation concept - Development and implementation of a detailed media plan (online and offline) - Accompanying reporting and controlling - Preparation of an annual budget plan, etc. The contract is a framework agreement to be awarded for a duration of the award of the contract up to a maximum of 31.12.2027.
