Description

passation d'un marché public ayant pour objectif d'accompagner le ministère tunisien chargé de l'agriculture pour piloter le Programme de Relance de l'Investissement et de Modernisation des Exploitations Agricoles (PRIMEA) en étroite concertation avec l'Unité de Gestion par Objectif (UGO) hébergée au sein dudit ministère et en collaboration avec la Mission des Affaires Européennes et Internationales de FranceAgriMer (FAM/MAEI). Cet accompagnement est attendu sous la forme d'un appui perlé et à distance du bénéficiaire, d'une mission de lancement chez le bénéficiaire tunisien et d'une mission trimestrielle d'appui en Tunisie.
