Description

The subject matter of the contract is to carry out copyright supervision during the execution of the works in accordance with the investment projects of the site ‘Construction of an open sports ground in a sports area in the municipality of Vetrino’. The main task of the contractors who will carry out the authorship’s supervision is to protect the interests of the contracting authority throughout the construction process, as well as to fulfil all the commitments set out in the ZUT and its implementing regulations with regard to its activities.
Copyright supervision is carried out in accordance with Article 162 of the ZUT on all parts of the projects during construction until final acceptance of the site by the contracting authority.
