The subject of the public contract are activities ensuring the determination of the correct amount, expressed in monetary terms, of compensation for damage caused by the operation of vehicles of the Ministry of Defence with regard to the exemption from liability insurance pursuant to Section 7(1)(c)(2) of Act No 30/2024 on vehicle liability insurance, as amended, i.e. the identification (verification) and substantiation of claims of persons harmed by the operation of vehicles exempted from the Ministry of Defence if the damage was caused in the territory of the Czech Republic, including the management of the related agenda.
