Description

Die Stadtverwaltung Haan beabsichtigt den Bedarf an Grünpflegearbeiten in Form eines Rahmenvertrags decken. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die ordnungsgemäße Pflege der städtischen Grünanlagen inklusive der Grünanlagen an Schulen und städtischen Liegenschaften innerhalb des Stadtgebietes. Der genaue Leistungsumfang ergibt sich aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis.
Der Vertrag kommt mit der Zuschlagserteilung zustande. Der Vertrag tritt zum 1.4.2021 in Kraft und endet zum 31.3.2022, ohne dass es einer schriftlichen Kündigung bedarf. Eine Vertragsverlängerung über den 31.3.2022 hinaus ist für 3 weitere Jahre möglich. Hierzu muss bis spätestens 3 Monate vor Vertragsende die Zustimmung von beiden Vertragspartnern in Schriftform vorliegen. Der Vertrag endet spätestens zum 31.12.2024, ohne dass es einer schriftlichen Kündigung bedarf.
