Description

With this tendering procedure, Heka acquires consultancy services for construction supervision. Heka commissions structural component repairs and series repairs to its real estate portfolio. Examples of projects include façade and roof repairs, balcony line repairs, bathroom and kitchen repairs in series, and window replacements. In connection with these repairs, Heka needs expertise in the implementation of high-quality repairs of structural components, in which control plays an important role.
