Description

The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport - Osnabrück Business Area (NLSTBV, Gb Osnabrück) intends to build the existing valley bridge Oesede km 7,979 via DB / WI at Bun-desstraße B 51. Düte (BW 5898; 3714507) in Georgsmarienhütte to be replaced by a new bridge structure. The building dates from 1965 and spans in the district of Oesede the Oeseder Straße (municipal road), the railway line "Haller Willem" as well as the water body Düte. The federal road 51 runs from Münster in the south to Osnabrück in the north and receives the supra-regional traffic and distributes it to the subordinate road network. Section 130 (Osnabrücker Straße) is located in Georgsmarienhütte (Oesede district), immediately after junction NK3714009 (B 51; L 95). In the section considered (section 130), the traffic intensity (DTV 2021) is 20,700 motor vehicles/24h and the DTVSV 900 SV/24h. This means that the share of heavy traffic is around 4.3% and thus increased compared to 2015 (DTV 2015 - 19,900 vehicles/24h; DTVSV 2015 - 800 SV/24h) around 12.5%. Total traffic increased by around 4%. The considered section of the federal road 51 is due to the valley bridge Oesede in dam location. The roadway is adapted to the new cross-section of the bridge. Due to the wider cross-section of the roadway, the embankment areas must be adapted and traced back to the existing structure. The position of the roadway is based on the existing route.
